Are you interested in end-to-end IoT deployments in the various vertical market segments? Would you like to drive the wave of edge compute? Do you have a good understanding of how the various workloads are migrating from the cloud data center to the device edge?

Arm is looking for a Senior IoT Solution Manager to lead the engagement with key market players and partners in multiple segments to accelerate the deployment of Arm based end-to-end IoT solutions.

In this position, you will join a company which is number one in its field and you will work on cutting edge technology, cooperating with leading companies across the globe. You will interact directly with some of the biggest manufacturers and some of the largest companies worldwide. The role will require enthusiasm, autonomy, travel overseas and a real passion for innovation. You will join the Director of IoT Solutions to complement the activity on a global scale. You will not be writing any software or engineering any systems.

 

Your role will include the following activities: 

  • Collecting requirements from the OEMs
  • Owning and defining the required solution for each vertical using the variety of products across all lines of business in Arm and from partners.
  • Managing partner relationships and building new ones
  • Business plan creation, and driving the approval process
  • Working with engineering on proof of concepts or prototypes
  • Primary IoT solution interface for internal and external partners
  • Identifying technology trends and market problems to help define Arm’s solution roadmaps
  • Supporting sales to drive design wins for the various solutions
  • Ensuring all outbound collateral is kept up to date and that the product solutions are optimally positioned
  • Understanding market requirements, validating these requirements and turning them in to specifications that can be used as a basis for Arm engineering teams and partners to build new solutions.
  • Developing and executing a Go-to-market plan for each solution
  • Identifying and articulating compelling value propositions for solution positioning with OEMs and ecosystem partners
  • Working with the dedicated IoT and embedded outbound marketing team, to jointly build a plan and content for outbound activities for solutions, including webinars, blogs, articles and white papers

Job Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Good knowledge of the IoT market, software and hardware
  • Broad knowledge of the enterprise software deployment models
  • Good knowledge of the concept of containers and virtual machines
  • Good technical knowledge of microprocessors
  • Broad experience in product marketing or technical sales role
  • Experience of product management of technical products
  • Experience in outbound marketing tasks including developing sales collateral or whitepapers
  • Good negotiation skills to build partnerships
