SEO Manager


£53,000 plus bonus and benefits


Company Description

My client is a leading online Lottery operator in the Global market. They are growing exponentially due to high levels of success.


As the SEO Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Onsite SEO - Optimization of brand properties
  • Offsite SEO - Optimize the existing cooperation and build new partnerships
  • Competitive analysis using Search tool & Metrics
  • Content Marketing – contribute to the overall brand and content marketing strategy localising and improving landing pages and existing content as well as helping to produce high quality content to drive localised traffic
  • Coordinate efforts with main stakeholders from other departments (IT, Marketing)
  • Reporting on progresses and results against main KPIs (weekly/monthly)
  • Help delivering successful localised campaigns together with other offices
  • Coordinating resources both internal & eternal (including local agencies)
  • Constant self-learning and being on top of the latest industry trends to make sure the SEO strategy is always up to date



  • The ideal candidate has to be highly knowledgeable in the principles of Search Engine Optimization
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Sc., Marketing, Media Studies or similar fields
  • At least 3-years work SEO experience in: agency, established business or start-up
  • A Team player with the ability to effectively communicate information across teams
  • Supervising agencies as well as internal and external resources
  • Strong Expertise in both technical SEO and external ranking factors
  • Entrepreneurial drive to develop the business in new territories
  • Highly motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently excellent organizational skills
  • Work on a flexible schedule and adapt to quick changes in a fast-paced industry
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of SEO
  • Experience managing content and most common CMS
  • Excellent English Communication (written and spoken)


Desirable skills:

  • Native English (or bilingual proficiency)
  • Japanese as additional language (Strong Plus)
  • Knowledge of local markets Australian/New Zealand or Japan (Plus)
  • Previous gambling experience (Strong plus)
