Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Manager for a fast-growing sportsbook and casino operator in a gorgeous part of London.

The newly hired Compliance Manager will play an essential role supporting the business in the UK.

You will be the main point of contact for stakeholders in the Commercial, Product and Technology Teams, the successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring products are compliant with local regulations and requirements.

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for advising on product launches including licensing requirements, new features or enhancements, new games integrations, regulatory reporting requirements and dealing with day to day queries relating to our business operations in these jurisdictions.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Compliance Management experience in the gaming / gambling sector
  • Experience with remote gambling companies or regulatory bodies.
  • Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Compliance experience.
  • Qualifications in Compliance.
  • Extensive experience of liaison with senior company staff.
  • Experience with gambling products, gambling companies or regulators.


The Job Role:

  • Point of Contact: Being the main point of contact with the regulator for any questions and issues relating to the regulatory compliance operation in these jurisdictions and resolving any of these issues to the satisfaction of both parties.
  • Governance: Ensuring that the business are compliant with all the regulatory requirements set forth by the relevant authorities.
  • Implementation of Policies & Procedures: Developing and implementing policies and procedures throughout to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying innovative solutions to compliance issues and socialize these potential solutions for possible improvement prior to discussing with external parties.
  • Other: Any other Compliance tasks assigned by the Management.
