German OR Dutch Technical Customer Service Representative

Employment: Permanent

Salary: 20000 Euros per year

Location: Amsterdam

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a great, dynamic team that will deliver an innovative, personalised platinum support experience.

Working within a contact centre environment, you will be working as a team. To deliver customer service to a high standard, to the German OR Dutch market.

You will be speaking to customers and helping them with any technical issues or account queries they may have. You will be provided with all the tools and technical skills you need to guide the customer through the process and deliver a great customer experience, with every call.

Working Hours

The Call Centre is open Monday through to Sunday and is open 24 hours a day.

You will need to work within shifts that cover the 24 hours a day / 7 days a week period. Your shifts will be provided 4 weeks in advance.

 

Flexibility is a MUST 

 

Requirement

  • A background in a customer facing role (call centre experience is ideal but not essential)
  • Strong English and German OR English and Dutch language skills, both in reading and writing
  • Flexibility; you'll be working in 3 shifts and the department is open 24/7
  • You’ll have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers, with excellent written skills
  • You’ll be great at problem solving, leaving the customer happy each and every time
  • Some basic PC skills, and the ability find your way around the web
