Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaising with superiors to make decisions on customer complaints & disputes
  • Liaising with our off site technical department for internal and customer related technical issues
  • Updating internal protocols with reference to technical issues & regulation changes
  • Managing all GDPR related customer requests
  • Strong communicator as well as instinctive solution provider
  • Providing ongoing feedback to employees to guarantee accurate escalations and protocols are being followed

  • Native / Fluent in the English Language
  • Good written communication skills
