Are you the right person to take our Dafabet.com into Latin America?

 

Are you an experienced iGaming customer service agent, with an interest in marketing?

 

Dafabet is a leading betting and gaming company, employing more than 2,000 employees globally. We are a small office in Malta, but we want you to be a big part of it.

 

Role purpose:

  • Your primary objective is to assist customers through live chat, email etc.
  • You prioritize a good, quick response to customer queries
  • This is an opportunity to gain experience in other areas and like a football match, it’s a job of two halves
  • A significant part of this job, is to assist outside of your customer service role. You will use your knowledge of the Brazilian market to guide promotions, marketing and product improvements
  • This position is tailored to Latin American business hours and flexibility with shift work is essential

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering consistently exceptional customer service and ensuring first-time resolution, whether resolving complaints, issues or information requests
  • You feel pride in and take responsibility for your country market; improving the service, the website, the product and the promotions for your market
  • Keep up-to-date with products, promotions and betting opportunities offered
  • You gather customer feedback and work with Marketing, Design, Product and IT teams to improve the service offered to your market
  • You help translate the website, promotions and product material
  • Assist the Team Leader and Marketing Manager in managing the website
  • You recommend initiatives and communicate your ideas clearly and incisively

 

Required skills and experience:

  • Online betting and/or gaming experience is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Customer focused, with a passion for helping others
  • Pro-active in recommending improvements and taking ownership of your market
  • You are consistent, reliable and work to a high standard
  • We speak English within the office, but Spanish language skills would be a bonus
  • Maltese or EU permit is beneficial. However, we happily apply for a work permit
