About the position
Reporting to CMO, We’re looking for a smart, driven Affiliate Manager who is passionate about sports and thrives on targets. You will have already have made an impact in a B2C online brand in this regard, with a track record of success across key KPI.
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Customer acquisition and ARPU growth from the channel
  • Develop, manage and close new affiliates in the designated markets, taking the lead in all commercial agreements with potential partners
  • Expertly and professionally manage the affiliate relationships, both in communication and administration
  • Constantly test and learn in the channel – campaigns, tactics, promotions,
  • Align offers and campaigns with the other channels of marketing: PPC, CRM-email-SMS, website conversion, SEO, PR, TV, radio, press and social media.
  • Tracking delivery of all channels against plan, monitoring and reporting effectiveness
  • Ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of the channel
  • Budget creation, management and reconciliation

Essential criteria: 

  • Strong hands-on experience from affiliate channels, preferably gained within a high growth B2C online environment
  • Knowledge of how to engage the affiliate partners through communication and other interaction
  • Knowledge and back-office understanding of Income Access strongly preferred
  • Understanding of how the affiliate channel can be optimised on a constant basis, both as a channel and in the context of the marketing mix
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A creative and logical thinker, interesting in problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills at all business levels internally and externally.
  • Fluent English / Portuguese
