Job Description

Customer Integration Co-ordinator required for a leading retail company on a permanent basis in Venlo, Netherlands.


Location:             Venlo, Netherlands  

Salary:                 €30,000-35,000 euros    


Skills and experience:

  • Has good knowledge of business processes in customer organizations. Manages the relationship and cooperates with the client or partner responsible for setting up e-Integrations.
  • Customer Focused; dedicated; meets the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Strong business acumen; knowledge of the service industry.

  • Efficient in coordinating the integration of electronic order exchange and drive projects to enable an early start of receiving electronic orders.
  • Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written. Other language skills such as; Dutch, German, Spanish, French and/or Italian, would be a distinct advantage
  • Professional in the e-Integration space and works according to standardized guidelines and policies.


Key Responisbilties:


  • Reviews project scope with customers and confirm requirements before project commencement
  • Advises customers on the most efficient way to execute the different steps in our Integration projects. Signals deviations from agreed SLA’s and makes proposals to get the project back on track
  • Coordinates eProcurement integration projects for customers based in one or multiple European countries.
  • Completes project plan templates and confirm timelines
  • Carry out client and supplier conference call meetings and online presentations in order to advise on the best way of implementing eSolutions and keeps projects progressing.
  • Delivers on project scope.
  • Promotes and delivers the best-fit e-Solution for electronic message exchanges between Customers and Office Depot.
  • Works closely with supporting IT departments to ensure the correct setup of electronic messages exchanges between customer’s e-Procurement system, Marketplaces and Office Depot back-end systems.
  • Ensures informative project handovers are carried out with the Integration Support Team at the close of each project.
  • Raises the appropriate service level tickets for any system issues and follows the issue through until a resolution is found during the integration phase.
  • Works closely with the relevant Account Managers and Sales operational teams to assist in efficient implementations
  • Keeps good and timely records and reports on the progress of each project.
  • Ensures the successful completion of integration projects within agreed timelines and budget 


About the role:

To project-the company and third party eBusiness integrations for medium to large sized customers. To confirm customer needs and coordinate the end to end integration plan from the scoping confirmation through to user acceptance testing and project sign off.
