Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO by executing both organizational and administrative tasks
  • Provide support for employees and act as a contact person for third parties
  • Keeping the calendar, processing the daily post and preparing business correspondence
  • Taking care of presentations, reports etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Completed business education
  • Professional experience as an assistant or in customer service would be an advantage
  • Self-reliant and well-structured work attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Good German skills are an advantage
  • Very good skills in orthography and IT (MS-Office)
  • Well-kept appearance and cultivated manners
  • A friendly personality with very good organizational skills plus high self-responsibility
