Job Description

Our client is looking for a Head of Acquisition to manage the B2C division.
 
Responsibilities

  • Key member of the executive team setting the company’s strategy.
  • Responsible for the company’s brand guidelines and digital marketing strategy: Affiliate, Media, SEO and PPC activities (online and offline) to meet the company’s targets.
  • Responsible for negotiating, seeking out and finalizing deals and for developing the acquisition budget.
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with our partners
  • Working with external resources and agencies to execute the digital marketing mix and regular reporting on performance of all market activity.
  • Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent with the brand guidelines.
  • Strong management and leadership skills to inspire, motivate and grow teams.
  • Frequent travel will be required as a part of this role.

 
Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in the online marketing industry.
  • Experience in online gaming companies
  • Proven experience in affiliate management and different media, SEO and PPC platforms - Both mobile and PC.
  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • English at mother tongue level– written and spoken.
  • Additional languages – big advantage.
  • Proactive and multitasking personality.
  • Initiative, creative, curious, independent, hands on style, team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
