Responsibilities 

  • Answering customer support messages via live chat or email promptly to enhance the customer service experience
  • Accurately recording and logging interaction with customers and updating account information
  • Work with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
  • Having up to date knowledge of company rules and policies
  • Address customer questions about new products, services, and promotions
  • Meeting regularly with team leader to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve staff experience
  • Contribute to revenue by increasing customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining the high ethics of the company and following KYC and AML rules

Requirements 

  • Native German Speaker and Fluent in English 
  • Experience within the online gaming industry is a plus
