Senior Japanese speaking Customer Support Representative

Our client is a top iGaming company looking for experience iGaming Customer Service professionals looking to work remote. 

Role responsibilities: 

  • Answering customer's enquiries via email and live chat.
  • Providing customer support on all aspect of the player experience.
  • Verifying customer accounts and processing payments.
  • Crediting Bonuses and Free Spins to Players.
  • Assisting in fraud and risk management.
  • Taking care of VIP players.


  • Previous Customer Service Experience.
  • iGaming Experience in online casino – is a must!
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous VIP Experience is a big plus.
  • Impeccable English and Japanese – written and spoken.
  • Superb problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independent and as a part of a team.
  • Be able to handle stress.
  • Previous experience with Bitcoin is a major plus.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
