Job Description

We are looking for an Artworker to join our studio team creating print and digital assets for our Interactive business. This role will be based in Malta. Collaboration and communication with both Malta and UK teams will therefore be essential to make this role a success.
Principal Accountabilities:

  • Creating artwork for a variety of communications material to include: Promotion, Branding and Communications projects/campaigns - including digital and print.
  • Creating artwork of the highest standard within company and brand guidelines.
  • Assisting media owners on creative builds.
  • Liaising with creative agencies across media, CRM and sponsorship.
  • Flight-checking artwork, packaging final files and preparing print-ready PDFs.
  • Ensure that all artwork work is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines.
  • Adapting artwork based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Understand the channel each piece will be displayed on and ensure the message is clear, concise and create an action from the audience.
  • Constantly reviewing the industry to gain knowledge.
  • Proof check your work leaving the studio to ensure it meets the brief, is on brand and has no mistakes.
  • Become a brand guardian.
  • Come to briefing meetings with ideas of how we can amplify campaigns.
  • Constructing artwork master templates for use throughout the organisation.
  • Putting together internal guidelines for artwork.

Personal Skills & Experience:
Proven relevant experience as an Artworker, including experience of:

  • HTML5 builds.
  • creating/assisting on:
    • Online Display.
    • Social assets.
    • POS.
    • OOH.
    • Press.
    • TV.
  • A pro at using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Good knowledge of the print process, POS and large format.
  • Strong creative layout capability.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to liaise with suppliers.
  • Must be a ‘can do’ person.
  • Spanish language skills desirable.

Working hours: 

  • 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday.
  • Some travel to the UK may be required.
