We are International broker with 20-year history on financial and cryptocurrency markets. And we are looking for a Branch Director for our new office in Taiwan. This role represents the critical first hire in Taiwan for Libertex Group. We require an experienced, entrepreneurial and charismatic Branch Director for our Taiwan operation, based in Taipei. We are open to consider any other location in Taiwan and we will rely on a professional opinion of our new Branch director in the question of choosing a new office. The exclusive responsibility of the Branch Director is to ensure the efficient operation of the Branch. There are a number of specific responsibilities that are part of the Branch Director function. Responsibilities: Provides overall leadership of the branch and performs related, regulatory and supervisory functions. Plans activities of salespeople (Analyst Consultants and Client Managers/Relationship Managers) and operates the Branch, in accordance with the business objectives of the company. Interacts with regulatory bodies such as the police and tax authorities. As needed (on a one-off basis), directly interact with high value/VIP clients, as required by the initial/secondary sales processes. Oversees the performance of the branch’s staff as defined in their job Descriptions. Implements the secondary sales processes, as finalized by Sales Development, and communicates any future changes to the sales process made by Sales Development down to Branch employees. Collects, filters, summarizes, and communicates feedback from his employees, their requests for additional resources/process changes, as well as service desk requests to his direct supervisor. Responsible for compliance with the law on work safety standards in the Branch. Ultimately responsible for the condition of office, machinery, furniture, equipment, and any other hardware necessary to ensure seamless branch operations. While Branch Director will rely on other departments like IT and Operations to execute maintenance requests, failure of other departments to comply with said requests must be escalated immediately to the direct Supervisor. Analyzes branch effectiveness on an ongoing basis. Takes measurements to benchmark branch performance. Constantly measures performance against established KPIs, and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure KPIs are fully met. Prepares and maintains corporate reporting documentation concerning branch activity. Responsible for initial and continuing education of the workforce to ensure a highly qualified staff at all times. Analyzes and develops a system of personnel motivation to ensure that staff morale is high at all times. Branch Director is responsible for asking direct superior for help and additional training, if he/she feels that there is a knowledge gap which could prevent him/her from meeting the Branch’s performance objectives. Performs other duties in accordance with ongoing regulations issued by the company. Conducts his/her behavior in strict accordance with established company standards, under the provisions of the corporate culture. Identify and train his/her replacement, if the need arises for someone to take over the responsibilities. Must give constant feedback to Branch’s employees concerning their performance, including formal quarterly reviews. Once calls are recorded, responsible for daily ongoing call reviews with all Branch employees. REQUIREMENTS University Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in finance sphere. Experience in personnel management or profit center management preferred. Good knowledge and awareness of the laws and regulations governing financial organizations. Fluent English. Strong people management and leadership skills. Familiarity with accounting and budgeting rules. Ability to draw up business plans. Keep skills updated to ensure latest methods of organizing and running sales Branches are implemented. Excellent planning skills to coordinate and control the activities of the branch. Be fully briefed in economic principles and employment. Strong business negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills. Know the regulations, ordinances, orders and instructions of the company’s management it’s, methodology, regulations and other guidance related to the activities of the company and it’s divisions, and principles of organization.
