Specialist duties: Create a reporting and analytic environment that will deliver top information to key stakeholders on a regular basis to support strategic and tactical decisions. Help design and maintain a reliable campaigns and promotions tracking system that can be integrated with web-analytics and click streaming as part of the customer journey holistic insights system. Prepare presentations and serve as a main point of contact between CRM and Business Intelligence in order to understand, analyse and challenge all existing and proposed activity and develop an analytical framework to optimise CRM activity and bonus expenditure across the business. Work between BI and Marketing to ensure that the data sets respond to the business' immediate tactical requirements and are align with overall growth strategies. Oversee player profiling and segmentation to ensure optimum retention and upsell rates for players across all verticals, in conjunction with Business Intelligence resource. Be a leader in ad-hoc analytics as new business initiatives arise, constantly looking for improvements in processes, procedures and practices to maximise revenues and avoid duplication of work with the BI team. Oversee the development of campaign and bonus budget/forecast and action plans to optimise spend on a weekly/periodic basis. Design KPI reports for all campaigns to ensure effectiveness and enhance the value proposition for the company. Essential Skills: Extensive experience of working in a data driven environment and building up effective reports. Proven knowledge of the gaming industry. Strong analytical skills and a desire to find promotions that will lead the way. Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with pivot tables and array formulas. Understanding, building and execution of marketing campaigns and ROI. Desirable skills and experiences: Degree or equivalent online commercial experience. Working understanding of Business Intelligence tools (Micro-Strategy, Tableau, etc…). Working understanding of; CRM, standalone customer loyalty schemes and ROI. Basic knowledge of database logic. No technical knowledge necessary however a high-level understanding of data modelling and statistical concepts is considered an asset.
