DESCRIPTION Develop effective online marketing campaign across all digital channels. Establish digital campaign and related marketing initiatives to help increase online acquisition, brand awareness, as well as driving target customers across multiple platforms including mobile, social media, blogs and forums. Work with PR team on customizing and creating content for online marketing campaign. Initiate online partnerships for traffic acquisition in web and mobile. Measure, analyze and report performance of digital marketing campaigns. Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law. Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems. Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments. REQUIREMENTS The jobholder should have 5 or more years of senior leadership experience in Chinese digital marketing with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance. Strong understanding of mobile traffic acquisition on Chinese market. Strong pedigree in web and mobile marketing in forex / binary options/gaming / sport betting/ gambling (not less than 5 000 leads and 300 customers monthly). Experience in managing budgets effectively across multiple departments, financial reporting, setting up effective metrics and business processes is essential. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills (essential). Listens effectively, shares ideas and information openly and facilitates relationship building by establishing trust. Ability to mentor to others. Possesses initiative, good judgment and the ability to problem solve. Possesses strong business acumen with proven experience in thinking strategically and implementing tactically. Highly effective communicator who is able to deal at all levels in the organization. Ability to articulate and the company’s marketing strategy and objectives.
