Cashmio was founded in 2015 by two Scandinavian entrepreneurs who have seen many different aspects of the gaming business. From working in support to being affiliate managers and then independent affiliates (and of course casino players), they are now taking on the next challenge. Determined to create a casino suited for everyone, young and old, the recipe landed straight away: The most important thing is to have fun. With brand new technological solutions only the sky is the limit and after hours and hours at the drawing tables cashmio.com slowly started to take shape. At Cashmio we believe that having fun whilst playing your favourite game is super important.

Good and happy support is the heart of Cashmio. We love our customers and want to make sure they know that! As a support agent you will answer our customers´ queries about anything between heaven and earth. If they just want to talk about the weather, we are up for those kind of chats too. Contact happens by live chat or email. At the moment we don´t offer phone support, but it might be something we will add later on, so hope you won´t be afraid of that either. Required languages: Swedish (native) and English (fluent). Other languages are of course a plus! Right now we work three shifts during the weekdays. Working hours for morning shifts are between 08:00-16.30, for the Mid-shift 12.00-20.30 and evenings 16:30-01:00.( with breaks). On top of the support tasks, we have a lot more you can do if you have a dull moment. We are good at spotting our employees strengths and like to offer everyone extra tasks to keep them interested and constantly developing their skills. Former experience from iGaming is not required, although preferred, but the most important thing at Cashmio is the right attitude!
