As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for representing the company before our existing client establishments and potential new partners in the iGaming industry. Your primary focus will be building a long-standing relationship with our clients, handle the pipeline with jobs, share the jobs between departments and colleagues, quality check in our internal delivery and recruit/headhunt by yourself for specific projects. Our goal is to create loyalty between our client establishments and our company. In addition to maintaining current business relationships, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for garnering new business opportunities through industry update, visiting existing and new potential customers, following up on sales leads and growing networking opportunities. We are looking for a sharp individual who possesses the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly through written and oral means, is able to navigate contentious situations when needed and is comfortable in conversation with perfect strangers. Experience from the industry is a big plus.
