Job Description: Responsible for making the most user-centric site in the industry. This includes branding experience, content look and feels, messaging, navigation, information architecture, site features and functionality as well as microsite and landing page support. Lead core UX initiatives within the department. Define and plan the strategy for A/B and Multivariate Testing Translate research finding into design recommendations to quickly improve product designs early in the design cycle Coordinatory function regarding external partners and service provider Lead the team and organise the workload and output. Make sure that quality and output are satisfying. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Qualifications: Strong experience in front-ends UX/UI Design for web/mobile sites and applications, game application design, online interaction design or information architecture At least 3 years experience in a leadership role in a UX/UI team. Experience and strong leadership skills in the execution of UX or HCI and Apple HIG Experience in creating experience vision briefs, detailed experience plans, customer personas, unique interfaces, application maps, and other elements of robust customer engagement solutions Hands-on expertise in use case development, mock-ups and fully interactive prototypes Good knowledge about data-driven design and analytics. Knowledge with Sketch, Axure, Invision and Balsamiq Additional Information As the Lead UX/UI Designer, you will lead a number of initiatives with product managers & interface designers on making our website and mobile apps the best in the industry. You will analyse business requirements, gather analytics data, create & build prototypes and verify them through user testing and A/B testing.
