Loyalty Program Marketing Manager As Loyalty Program Marketing Manager you will be the go-to person for gamifying our marketing activities. The role requires an all-round understanding of the casino industry and its players, along with a burning passion for creating on-site customer journeys. As the Champion of the Loyalty Program, you will work closely with the Marketing Managers from each respective product vertical to ensure that the campaigns are to our standards. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for marketing our newly implemented Loyalty Program Driving the Loyalty Program vision in line with the Brand strategy Take ownership of end to end campaign planning, from idea generation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimisation – on budget & on time. Lifecycle management / Consistently champion an STP (Segment, Target, Profile) approach to driving relevant & timely communication capable of specific behaviours. · Help define and champion processes and strategies connected to: Life cycle management. Customer segmentation. Loyalty management, retention rate. Churn prevention, with a special focus on key segments. · Working closely with other Marketing channels to ensure that the loyalty program is fully optimised and on the site experience and customer journeys are consistent The requirements for this position are: · A clear understating of loyalty programs and the management thereof. · Able to extrapolate ideas and future strategies from detailed analysis of current workflows and high volumes of data. · Excellent communication and collaborative skills. · High organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. · Customer empathy – the ability to relate to a customer’s journey and turn the insight into KPIs used to drive the loyalty business. · Fluent in English.
