We have a great opportunity for a highly analytical person with experience in fraud prevention to join our team. About the role From efficiently mitigating fraud to optimising our customer payment experience, you will be passionate about protecting and maximising company profits in accordance with our stringent social responsibility policies and procedures. Reporting to the Fraud & Payments manager, as Fraud & Payments Executive you will be responsible for high quality performance and trend analysis, supporting the management of the daily operational tasks performed by our third party service providers. You will be expected to collate and analyse relevant data for business reports and act as a point of contact within the business to assess fraud risk, escalating concerns and proposing mitigative actions accordingly.
