Company Introduction Our client is an established business law firm that provides services to local and international clients Job Responsibilities and Duties Carrying out licensing and gaming compliance work as may be instructed by the Company; Preparing and submission of Malta Gaming Authority reports required on behalf of the company clients; Compiling and preparation of licensing documentation under the supervision of the Company within the Gaming department; Due diligence checks in line with MGA requirements, providing guidance to the clients in the provision of such documentation; Attending fairs and conferences, including possible travel abroad; Business development within the remote gaming department; Co-ordinating, corresponding and liaising with the rest of the staff; Co-ordinating, corresponding and liaising with relevant Gaming Authorities; Corresponding and liaising with clients, prospective clients and business associates. Experience Experience in having dealt with operators licensed in multiple jurisdictions would be considered an important asset; Have a proven experience in the remote gaming and compliance field. Personal Skills Have a work ethic based on teamwork, absolute integrity, trustworthiness and discretion; Have the ability to work on own initiative; Self-motivated with a positive, mature, can-do and will-do mentality; Have excellent verbal and written skills in business English; Have excellent interpersonal and rapport-building capabilities. Have excellent organisational and time-management skills; Have propensity to always learn and improve; Have knowledge of regulations, compliance requirements and/or information systems auditing.
