An award-winning company that offers online casino, sports betting and live casino games in 12 countries is looking for a Site Manager (Spanish Speaking) to join their team! What you will be doing... Manage a team of Publishing Executives who will be responsible for the delivery of relevant and timely markets, Content and Promotions across all sportsbook domains as part of our “Always On” strategy. Lead, manage and inspire the team of publishers to ensure that the team has the relevant skills set and that our staff see their future at William Hill with clear succession plans in place. Responsible for the end-user experience via our internal CMS, in order to drive customer retention and revenue on the sportsbook. Ensure all content is in line with the overall business strategy and consistent with other channels and that is localized/translated. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including our Marketing, Design, Gaming, Product, Compliance, Business Intelligence, Trading & Tech teams. Further develop our in-house CMS, ensuring an intuitive layout that improves the delivery of appropriate content to the customer. Analyse data provided to the team in order to make key decisions that can aid customer engagement and market growth. Question and modify established processes and SLAs through the results of site analytics. Embrace new procedures and technologies in order to constantly improve our online content offering and the customer experience in our site. Constantly monitor the latest sports betting trends, benchmarking site layout, content positioning and promotional activity. Organise workload in order to create a balance between forwarding planning and managing the sensitive real-time site operations. Data-driven decisions are king but this needs to be supported with expert knowledge of sports and betting. Knowing the biggest events and key times of each day, and how these affect betting behaviour and patterns, is essential to driving conversion. What we would like to see from you... Minimum 2 years of experience working in an online content or Sportsbook role. Adaptable to new working systems. Well-Developed knowledge and experience of using various betting products. Excellent sports betting knowledge Confident in leading a small team to deliver team KPIs Superb man-management abilities Strong written and verbal skills Good communication and interpersonal skills A good understanding of analytics and making use of them to better the team’s processes Coaching and training capabilities to develop the members of staff in the team This role will suit you if...
