Responsibilities: Responsible for the targets of: Affiliate, Media, SEO and PPC activities (online and offline) to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines. Responsible for seeking out, negotiating and finalising deals for B2C brand. Maintain and grow existing relationships with the partners. Manage 4 teams of 20 members and ensuring professional growth for the members. Working with external resources and agencies to execute the digital marketing mix and compile performance reports on all marketing activity. Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent with the brand guidelines. Strong management and leadership skills to inspire, motivate and grow teams. Frequent travel will be required as a part of this role. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the online gambling industry – a must. Proven experience in affiliate management and different media, SEO and PPC channels. The ability to build and maintain professional relationships. English at mother tongue level – written and spoken. Additional languages – big advantage. Proactive and multitasking personality. Initiative, creative, curious, independent, hands on style, team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
