LATAM Affiliate Account Manager Malta Job Descriprion: Build, manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners. Streamline, qualify and prioritise affiliates acquisition strategies. Develop and execute marketing strategies in various markets. Analyse and optimise affiliate traffic activity to maximise ROI. Ensure all KPIs, traffic and sales targets are met or exceeded. Deliver regular progress, commission and activity reports. Present acquisition, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Communicate with affiliates regularly via all channels (calls, emails, Skype, Newsletters etc.) to discuss their evolving needs, assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them and drive revenues. Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends. Collaborate with the creative team to create new media materials. Identify, evaluate and recruit new affiliate partners. Research and report on competitors affiliate product and promotions. Suggest and implement initiatives to create new growth. Manage promotional campaigns and the affiliate microsite. Represent the brands in industry conferences and events. Report directly to the Head of Marketing. Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Good understanding of the online gaming business. Passionate about sales and digital marketing. Able to work autonomously and proactively. Able to build effective relationships with partners. Methodical, numbers driven and well organised. Fluent in English and at least one other language. Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Strong existing network of Sports and Casino affiliates. Experience in Latin American speaking markets will be considered an asset.
