Want to be the key business stake holder for our iGaming client’s operation on the Finnish market? As the Country Manager you will be expected to develop and maintain the market penetration strategy set out in discussion with senior management. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic plans for the development of acquisition marketing activities across the market. Full P&L responsibility for the market. Plan, set the ground work and execute all aspects of local consumer facing operation, product offering across various gaming verticals as well as marketing plans, budgets and activities. Work closely with and utilize the companies’ central teams responsible for all aspects of day to day operations spanning from customer care, finance payments and fraud to product development, as well as 3rd party service providers such as localization services and marketing agencies. Provide effective research audit of market potential, key barriers to growth, consumer insights, competitive reporting & other key marketing requirements. Maintain, develop, structure & lead commercial relationships with 3rd parties at the local level, in particular large media groups, to create promotional opportunities for the company. Liaise with product and payments team on localization and adaptation including poker room management, assessment of payment processing options, etc Co-ordinate all activities, policies and procedures with other parts of the organisation including legal, technology, creative, affiliate, VIP players management, marketing, CRM, Customer Care and head of products. Undertake rigorous pre and post initiative analysis to provide campaign ROI, CPA and learnings for future activity. Manage budgets for the market and oversee the local media and PR agency where appropriate. Launch new product verticals into the market. Knowledge and Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing online marketing campaigns and account management; Thorough understanding of online marketing and analytics; Proven track record of experience managing Display, Affiliate, SEO and PPC campaigns; You will have a good overview of opportunities for exposure in the set market Experience managing a marketing budget independently; Needs to be a hands on, organised individual with exceptional delivery skills; Be comfortable with sales numbers and highly analytical; Strong communication, relationship and presentation skills; Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task and effectively resolve conflicting needs.
